Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment? The roll was taken with the following result: HOUSE CS for CS for SCR 19(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to CS SCR 19(FIN) am? YEAS: 14 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 5 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Ellis, Green, Hoffman, Kelly, Mackie, Parnell, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Leman Excused: Duncan, Halford, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19(FIN) Relating to the use of prototype designs in public school construction projects. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
